(This does not apply to the special colours) The 80 colours are in 4 palettes, and with the set you also get Sofft tools that have been developed especially for Panpastel. Panpastel is pastel paint in a pan that is lifted up with Sofft tools, in the same way as you paint with a brush. The pastel colours are highly pigmented and therefore of artist quality. Pan pastels are bold in use and you can cover large areas with very little colour. The pastels are blended with Sofft tools sponge bars, giving very smooth transitions.
